Classroom: Join a team of compassionate volunteers facilitating learning about Jesus in a dedicated classroom for youth and adults with learning and physical disabilities.
Buddies: Provides one-on-one support and inclusion for kids with learning and physical disabilities to help them experience Jesus’ love and engage in the Bible lessons and activities.
Small Group Leader: Nurture the faith of kids and students (3-year-olds – 12th grade) through meaningful spiritual conversations, interactions and guidance using the Awana Curriculum.

Room Host: Creates a welcoming and organized environment for age classroom to explore their faith in the Kid’s Ministry.

Check-In Team: Ensures a smooth, seamless, and secure process for families to check in their kids on Sunday morning.
Behind-the-scenes work provides much appreciated support to our ministry teams. Your help allows us to focus on leading and caring for children.

Campus Coordinator: Help ensure the smooth functioning of Sunday services and communicate via walkie-talkie to key Sunday gathering leaders.
Greeters: Welcome people with a warm smile. Show them where to go for gatherings, family ministry, and other areas of interest.
Ushers: Help create a warm, friendly, and inviting atmosphere for all who walk through our doors. Answer questions and distribute communion elements on specified Sundays.
Info Table: Assist people visiting and needing information. Answer questions and provide literature or other resources.
Refreshments Team: Set up and tear down coffee stations and snacks. Supervise that refreshment stations are well stocked and in order.
Singer: Create music that inspires listeners to pursue a relationship with Jesus

Social Media: Use your passion for social media to minister to people through our social channels.
Photography: Visually capture all the ways God is moving at Bridges.
Audio Techs: Runs the audio board and livestream audio Sunday mornings.

Camera Operators: Operates video camera and video switcher in the service on Sunday morning.

On Sunday, January 15, we held a meeting for members to vote for the calling of Pastor Nate Glaze as Senior Pastor. The vote was in accordance to the by-laws of the church constitution and we are pleased to announce the congregation’s approval of Pastor Nate as Senior Pastor! There will be an installation service planned in the next few months and we will announce the time at a later date.

On Sunday, 1/8/2023, as part of the Senior Pastor search process, the Elders will be hosting two informal Q&A sessions with Pastor Nate Glaze. You’re welcome to attend either Q&A session and they are not limited to church members. The first will be held 9:30-10:30 AM before service in the gym (refreshments will be served). The second will be held 12:30-1:30 PM after the service in the gym (lunch will be served).
On Sunday, 1/15/2023, we will have a congregational member vote in the gym from 10:00-10:45 AM to decide the call of Pastor Nate Glaze as Senior Pastor of Bridges Community Church. The result of the vote will be communicated later in the 11:00 AM service.
Absentee ballots – If you are a member of Bridges AND cannot attend in person on 1/15/2023, you may cast an absentee ballot after one of the two Q&A sessions on 1/8/2023. Absentee ballots are not intended for early voting but are being made available to accommodate members who cannot attend on 1/15/2023. Absentee ballots must be cast and deposited BEFORE leaving the Q&A session.

Bridges Community Church is currently in the process of searching for our next Senior Pastor.
Our Elder team met with a representative from our denomination (EFCA) to prepare and plan the Ask, Seek, Knock process (Matthew 7:7-8).
This Plan will be executed in two phases:
The church vision, mission, and values have been updated along with the Senior Pastor job description/profile. A search committee has been prayerfully appointed.
