Welcome to Little Lamb Preschool
**ANNOUNCEMENT**
It is with great sadness that we announce the closing of Little Lamb at the end of our school year on June 2, 2023, and no summer program will be offered. Since the pandemic, we have struggled to find and fill our open positions with the qualified teachers required to continue to provide a quality preschool/daycare program. We attribute this to a few factors; Low levels of interest in preschool teaching positions and the inability to compete with pay offered by other schools including Fremont Unified. From an enrollment standpoint, many parents are opting to enroll their children in the expanding TK public school program. It is our assessment that these trends will continue, and we feel that it is best to act now in taking this action.
We know that everything has a season and have sensed God’s direction that the season has closed for Little Lamb. We understand that this news may have taken you by surprise and we wish we had other options to keep the preschool open but there are none at this time.
We have been so blessed and honored to have served our community for over 30 years with a Christ centered preschool program. We have heard so many stories of life change from families, single parents and our own staff over the years. In the coming months, we wish to celebrate all that God has done through the preschool and staff since September 1991.
