At Bridges we believe in loving all people no matter what their background. However, in order to ensure safety for the attendees and children/youth on our campus, we ask all new and returning volunteers to go through a process that includes
- written application
- fingerprinting
- staff interview
- volunteer training
It is important for us to acknowledge the safety risks of our current world, and work as a team to ensure we are stewards of our time and resources in a manner that supports the health and well-being of our community.
