1 | Building a caring community of believers committed to balanced spiritual growth, through the multiplication of increasingly diverse Cell Groups, so that no one in our church is left alone without close relationships and spiritual support.

2 | Developing and expanding the number of caring, spiritual leaders who will lead the way to...

     •   provide spiritual care and support for everyone in our church
     •   improve communication within and from our church

3 | Reaching as many non-Christians as we can with the Good News of Christ from within the various ethnic groups of our community to...

     •   double in size as a church family from 1,500 to 3,000 people
     •   expand and augment the use of our campus and facilities

4 | Expanding by adding Video Cafés for worship in other communities of the South East Bay area.
